At least one author of every accepted paper has to register and pay the regular registration (Early-Bird regular or regular) fee until June 20, 2023.
* Student registration
- Students registrations are only fully completed after a scanned valid student ID has been sent to ares@sba-research.org .
- The Student Registration does not include a paper! At least one author of an accepted paper has to register as author, whether they are student or not.
- The Student Registration fee includes all ARES conference and workshop sessions as well as tutorials, but no social events.
Cancellation
- 50% from registration fee will be charged as cancellation fee until August 07, 2023.
- No reimbursement for cancellations after August 07, 2023.
- Author or participant substitution is allowed.
